Promotions are only given to people who have stood out to command staff and their supervisors. Supervisors and Command Staff look for 4 key things during promotions:
Activity
Knowledge
Professionalism
Interaction with the community
Is there a weekly hour requirement?
Yes, we require you to put in at least 10 hours minimum. Unless you are reserve.
Can I be a reserve?
At this time the FBI/USMS is not accepting Reserves
Becoming a supervisor
Do not ask to be a supervisor once we are recruiting for a supervisor position.
FBI/USMS will open up interviews to be done which will be announced in FBI/USMS discord.

The organization maintains a strict no-tolerance stance toward behaviors that threaten integrity, safety, fairness, or community culture.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Harassment & Discrimination – Any form of bullying, intimidation, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or other protected status.
Violence & Threats – Any act or threat of violence, whether verbal, written, or physical.
Substance Abuse – Use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances or misuse of legal substances while engaged in official duties or participation.
Theft & Fraud – Any form of stealing, misrepresentation, or abuse of trust, including falsification of records or misuse of resources.
Disrespect & Noncompliance – Refusal to follow lawful instructions, SOPs, or leadership directives.
Misuse of Authority/Position – Exploiting rank, role, or position for personal gain or to the detriment of others.
Rule Evasion – Attempts to circumvent established rules, policies, or enforcement mechanisms.
Immediate Action: Any violation of this policy will trigger immediate investigation and corrective measures.
Disciplinary Measures: Depending on severity, consequences may include written warning, suspension, demotion, termination of employment, or permanent removal/banning.
No Exceptions: Favoritism, special treatment, or excuses will not be permitted. All individuals are subject to the same enforcement standards.
All members, staff, and participants must acknowledge and agree to this Strict No-Tolerance Policy. By continuing participation or employment, each individual accepts that violations will result in serious and immediate consequences.
